- Summer is upon us at the Ocean House. The entire building is now enclosed, allowing for all the interior jobs to be worked on. In essence, behind the closed doors a great deal of work is going on, such as, the wiring, piping, painting, sprinkler systems and duct work. Also, some of the most exciting news is that the famous Ocean House Yellow has returned once again! In addition, the Ocean House is also working on a model residence, which will be open for viewing during mid summer. Overall, the Ocean House looks just beautiful with its golden color shining on Watch Hill.
