Construction Update June 27, 2008

The image above shows the foundation of the Oceanfront and Beachfront cottages. The yellow space is the under slab vapor barrier, which prevents moisture from penetrating the concrete and into the living space.

This image above shows the metal deck, which is also the forms for the concrete floors.

Boats Galore!




The second annual Rhode Island Rendezvous made for quite the view on a beautiful Friday morning. Over 50 boats sailed from Watch Hill to Block Island for a weekend of competition and open water. Enjoy the above photographs of the race taken from the Ocean House Construction Site on June 13, 2008.
