An interior view of the site looking towards the veranda and Southern Facing wall.
A view looking into the site from the front entrance. The pool is the rectangle in the center and the circles throughout the smoothed out interior are the "placeholders" for the steel, which is coming at the end of May!
A view looking towards the Northeast from the entrance. This angle shows where the cars will enter for the underground parking garage.
The image above shows the elevator shafts.
A view looking from the Oceanfront and Beachfront Cottages and up into the parking garage. Note the outlined shape of the cottages and the pool in the distance.
This image shows "box outs" for column placement. These black holes act as placeholders for the columns.
The back wall of the beachfront cottages. The little nobs sticking out are form ties, which hold two sides of the form work together while the concrete cures. They are removed later.
Above, the shaft for the elevator piston.
An inside view of the foundation of the Ocean House entrance. The square openings are pockets where the steel beams will go.
What a view! Notice the dirt piles are getting smaller from filling in around the foundation.
